Who we are

What we collect and why
- Enquiry forms and emails: name, organisation, contact details, site postcode and the details you give us, used to respond to and quote for your enquiry (legitimate interests / steps before a contract). Website enquiry forms are processed and stored by Netlify (our website host) and forwarded by email to our enquiry mailbox (Microsoft 365).
- Clients: contract, site, access and invoicing information, used to deliver the work and keep records required by law (contract; legal obligation). Inspection reports and certificates are retained for six years as evidence of work done.
- Tenants and occupiers: where an agent or landlord instructs us, we receive the minimum needed to arrange access (address, appointment contact). We do not use it for anything else.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and uses no tracking scripts.
Sharing
Website host (Netlify), email provider (Microsoft 365), certification software (CertSuite), accountant and insurers where required. We do not sell data.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, correction or deletion by emailing enquiry@voltedge-systems.co.uk. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
